Fairy Elephants

In an attempt to tiptoe quietly into the wider world of blogging (in other words, away from the wonderful womb of Writing.Com), I feel like a fairy elephant, banging and crashing into the furniture as I navigate around blogger.

No matter. I came here to follow people of interest to me, as well as to exercise my fingers on some different sites. Who knows what this bloggerholic will find to keep them logging on? For a start, it would be nice if I could find out what all the buttons do without pushing them; I'm used to leaving irreparable damage in my wake, so who knows? Failing that, I'll leave you with a response to a question I was asked--it surprised the heck out of me that I came up with it:

My perfect day would end with as much satisfaction, as I had started it with hope.

And today, it did.
